1 level of in-person interviews. This was done shortly after the COVID pandemic and might have contributed to the ease of interviewing. Also, there is a high demand for civil engineers in Florida.

On a scale of 1-10, how much do you prefer working alone?
Very straight-forward interview with the manager and HR, asked me how much I know about the company and some other technical questions. I would say it was a good experience overall.

Entretien
Thorough interview process assessing candidates through multiple ways including group tasks and individual basis. Had to work as a team and show to the panel how you can lead the team and work together without coming across as arrogant and egotistical. Was an interesting process and a good experience getti by to know a variety of people.
