I first had an on campus interview with a recruiter with mostly behavioral questions. The next step was to record myself answering more behavioral interview questions. Lastly, I was flown out to Dallas, TX for an onsite interview which consisted of two back to back interviews with three people each time.

Mostly behavioral, but I was told that it really comes down to the interviewer. I had two interviews and the process took a few months from the time I applied to receiving an offer.

The whole interview process with TI was very smooth, they focused more on behavioral questions rather than technical. Seem to care more about how well you can work with others.

30 mins video interview on behavioral questions, you have 1 min prep and 3 mins answer. time management is very important and organizes your words. few questions are about teamwork, like what's your role in the team
