applied through job fair at college, I received an email for the interview, with date, time and the location. They were multiple interviewer, each one in a different room, they call the name of the person waiting and take you to a room for a one o one interview.

The HR representative was quite assertive during the interview. They described the job role thoroughly, emphasizing key responsibilities and expectations. They also inquired about the companies I had previously interviewed with, which gave me the impression they were interested in understanding my career aspirations and market positioning. Additionally, they asked about my experience with product promotion, probing into specific examples of my involvement and the skills I brought to such projects. They seemed particularly interested in the challenges I encountered in past roles and how I addressed them, potentially to gauge my problem-solving abilities and resilience. The entire conversation lasted about 35 minutes, and it felt like an in-depth assessment of both my technical expertise and cultural fit for the team.
