Team manager gave a short introduction on himself and introduce what gonna happen in this phone call. Then he asked a few questions. Finally he wrapped up the interview inviting questions from interviewee.

The first round was a face-to-face interview with the manager at the Shanghai office. The manager was very friendly, the overall experience was perfect. He gave me 5 mins to convince him why he would give me this job.
