I had two interviews. One on campus, and the other over video. The interviews went well. However, my issue is with the communication after receiving an offer. I received an offer at 6 pm on a Tuesday, with a decision required by the next day. I tried calling to discuss the offer and get an extension, but could not get in contact with anyone after calling on multiple days. I did not talk to anyone until 10 days after receiving the offer. I had to decline the offer, even though I wanted to work with TI.
