J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Texas Instruments en sept. 2015
Entretien
First, I talked with TI on the university career fair. They gave me a slip to write down the time that I want to do a on site interview on the following day. Next day, I did interview with 3 people in a small room. There were three, but only two people asked me the questions. It was my first time that I got any behavior questions from the companies like TI (I mean engineering). They questioned me some technical questions followed by the behavioral questions.
I don't remember exactly but after a week or so I had a phone interview. Before the interview, they emailed me to be prepared to present something. They said it can be "anything" but of course I presented something technical. After the presentation through the video conference, the interviewer asked me some technical questions.
The HR emailed me they're having problem with finding a position for me since they don't have many places for the digital design. I didn't get any notice after that.

The interview process was very smooth and chill. The atmosphere felt relaxed, so I could just be myself. Staying calm and steady throughout helped me answer confidently. The interviewer was friendly, making it easier to communicate and express my thoughts clearly. It felt more like a conversation than a formal interrogation, which reduced stress and allowed my true personality and skills to come through naturally. Overall, it was a comfortable experience that encouraged openness and confidence.
