Questions posées lors d’un entretien d’embauche pour Senior Java Developer chez Textkernel

The main steps of the interview: 1) Prescreen phone interview with Recruiter 2) After few days they sent a short java test with 3 tasks that should be done in 4 hours. (You can do it in 30 minutes using java libraries but they wanted to implement by yourself) 3) After one on one interview at their office with Team lead of the team you were screened. It was general talk about you and what you want to do most. Also Team Lead describe current project architecture and what they want to achieve in the future. I would say the conversation was really positive. 4) After the third step they disappeared for few week. But then invited to final interview with CTO. He told a lot about the company culture and how they live in general. Also he wanted to know more about you as a person. The company has interesting live and they don't the same day to day job. I didn't get the offer, because they didn't find a match between me and a company. Overall process was easy and relaxed without any additional pressure. The only not nice thing was long response time.
