3 main activities as well as a networking session with staff at a range of levels in the company which was not assessed. The activities were: group activity (20 minutes to discuss and then present on a brief) - interview (mostly competency based) - work scenario (given data and information to sort through and then use in the scenario).

Interview questions were primarily competency based. One question was how do you feel about working with a diverse group of people?
