It was a mass interview, kind of like a machine, so don't get overwhelmed if it feels like you are walking into something grand. Dress to impress. After working at the job for a while, my employers said that dressing in a suit really added to their perception of me before even speaking to me. I was first met at a check-in, then taken back to a table with the lead of the team I was applying for: the host lead. Once the host lead determined she liked me, she sent over the managing partner. At this location, I applied for the opening of the restaurant, so I was offered the job on the spot. I am unsure if the managers offer a job on the spot in a typical interview.

It was laidback, comfortable, & warm. I remember calling and being interviewed by Todd. He was personable & respectful. I also got the honor of being interviewed by Jon who welcomed me with open arms.

The interview process is an easy one, it had taken me about fifteen to twenty minutes. Just a few questions about your background, and asked one question about how you would deal with a specific situation with a guest.

Specific Situation: You are trying to get the last name of a guest, but you cannot understand what they are saying. You ask them to spell out the name but they become angry and start yelling. How do you deal with this situation?
