Laid back, simple questions about yourself and abilities regarding logistics, simple maths, and customer service. Also asked about physical ability as you may need to lift heavy objects (it's a shipping company after all).

General questions about speaking with customers and possible working days. Nothing was really out of the ordinary for these questions. As long as you can speak well and answer confidently enough, you'll learn the ways of both UPS and Amazon in no time,

Very erratic, but very laid-back. They told me to come in for a second interview, and ended up just clocking me in instead of the interview. That was weird but a nice experience overall.

The interview was very straight forward and was simply a set of behavioral questions and asking about personal experiences. With a final confirmation of the hours I’d be able to work.
