The UPS store is owned privately, whether to get the job is up to the demand of the owner .it takes me a month to get the job. During that time, I got 3 interviews.

Entretien
Very simple phone interview followed by a 15 minute in-store interview a few days later. No drug testing (though this can vary by store). I was able to start within a week of initiating the application process.
