It was a terrible interview process. Made me do several rounds of interviews with a constant rotation of recruiters. Incredibly unprofessional with no updates for months. Only decided to close my application when I followed up. One of the interviewers was also incredibly negative about his experience at Thermofisher Scientific, often commenting, "people here aren't future-forward thinking".
This is bureaucracy at its finest, and I would recommend anyone applying to Thermofisher Scientific to have a 10-foot pole distance from them. They will make you go through a roller coaster for nothing.

"The first step was a screening call from the HR department. After that, I had a 30-minute Teams call with the hiring manager, where I was asked questions about my previous experience. Finally, there was a second on-site interview with the same hiring manager and a senior member of the department. It wasn’t a difficult interview if you prepare yourself with strong examples that demonstrate your skills and experience.
