Had 3 rounds of interview. First was a phone screen with recruiter, where she asked why I was interested, career plans, my experience. Second round was the following week with 2 managers. I was more in depth, behavioral questions ( how i would react under certain circumstances), career goals, why I was interested in the company and the position, how my experience would apply to the positions. The third and final round was with the director of the site, a senior scientist and another manager. Some technical questions. Was a total of 2.5 weeks.
