I applied online and did a quick phone interview, just going over the resume. The in-person interview questions were the kind you expect to find in an interview: where do you see yourself in five years, what are your strengths/weaknesses, etc. The HR rep was very professional and courteous and seemed like a good dude, but I didn't get the offer in the end.
