The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiter asked simple questions regarding your background. The questions asked had nothing to do with sales or management experience. It seemed to be more of a personality "test" rather than an interview. The only part of the interview that resembled an actual 'Sales' job process was when you were asked to give an example of selling a product to the recruiter.

The process was smooth, and the staff was friendly. There were about 3-4 rounds of calls and in-person interviews. The first in-person is a shadow of 2 current employees and an interview. The second is a knowledge test and an interview with the hiring manager.

The interview process was thorough and smooth. The phone interview to the in person interviews are informative and give good insight into what it is like to work there. Overall the interview process at TQL is solid.
