Long interview process, but was well worth the wait! Can't complain about steps they take to hire someone to work for their company. Overall I liked the interviewing process and the people I got to meet

It's all done through the STAR format which is a joke because they don't care about your skill level it's about how you answer the questions and how much smoke you can blow up their butts. Me and another guy got the same grade but they promoted him over me. He only had 1 year in with the company and I have 10 years in with the company.
