It was a pleasant and honest conversation. I had an introductory interview and the facilitator was very polite, gave as much time to express my opinion and insights as needed. Also, she described the position in detail and gave me a chance to evaluate my own expectations and needs. We had a pleasant time and I've felt listened and treated as an equal partner towards our main goal. After the discussion I was provided with additional information. Since I had doubts working fully remotely, I could further consider this position after our call.
