Got a call back from the recruiter rather quickly (~1 week) upon my job application. The screening call with the recruiter went quite smoothly as planned, questions were manageable and relevant, such as "tell me more about your job experience so far?" etc. The first official interview was quickly set up 3 days following that – a Skype call with the hiring manager based in London. The questions asked in the interview were very relevant /scenario-based and gave a very good snapshot of how the role looked like. A take-home test was given and feedback came in 2 days after submission. The whole process ended with an onsite interview with the possible collaborators at the workplace. To note that the onsite interview was one of my most pleasant interview experiences – the recruiting coordinator was personal and friendly, which helped in loosening the nervous state of mind; the interviews seemed more conversational, interviewers were both honest and clear on their expectation of the role. I left the office feeling like I learnt something.

I received a request for a phone call interview within two days. Did it the next day after the email. Overall a pleasant call. Friendly interviewer but doesn't sound experienced. Unclear instructions about what to do next and no news afterward.
