Entretien
The interview was conducted by 3 panelists: the director and 2 project/programme specialists. The advertised workstream focused on water and environment sciences, but the interviewers' background and job stream are on journalism, social and culture sector. No wonder, there were no technical questions regarding water and environmental workstream. Questions were focused purely on communication skills and project management skills. The result of the selection process was not communicated. I sent several follow-up emails but I have not received any response at all. The status on their job application platform were not updated either.

Entretien
The interview process started with four UNESCO officers. They have started the interview one by one, and it was manageable and nice. The questions were related to the job description.

They have repeated the same question. They have asked whether I have worked in the same position with the same scientists before that was repeated a lot by them.
