Serveral interviews for federal service, through backgroud checks. Interviewed by group panel to evaluate knowledge and understanding of the material. After panel interview, worked with CPAC to evaluate all my certification along with background checks.

There was no interview process. The military does things a little different. I did still have to sit with my supervisor to talk about my knowledge on the section that I would be working for.
