Talk to a recruiter, take the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery test, choose a military occupational specialty, pass a drug test, pass a physical fitness test, pass a medical screening, and pass a personality screening.

There wasn't much an interview, just the recruiters making sure you can meet the job requirements. Recruiter had me take the ASVAB, which is a placement test, and based on the score they will be able to see jobs you qualify for. Just make sure you research what job you want and stick to it.
