After applying online I was called the next day for an interview. I came to interview with the operations manager and he went over the job position and what it would entail, none of which I actually was able to do after I got the job. Next I was called back 3 days later to meet with the minority owner who again explained the job to me and told me that they would like to hire me because of my experience and made me an offer.
