the process took around 20 days. first round is basic English test . 50 questions should be answered in 20 mins. its quite easy. and second round is video interview in which we have to record a video for each question they ask and send. in second round there will be 3 questions to answer . then after shortlisting, the remaining rounds will be held at uber office . there will be 3 more rounds .(all hr rounds ) where we will be judged based on different factors . within 1 week after interview , results will be announced.

After assessment, initial interview mostly about professional or job experience. They will also discuss compensation and benefits. Tnext is panel interview, situational and behavioral. Other candidates were a lot better than me when it comes to skills, credentials, educafion and experience. Im reallt grateful I was able to pass the screening. Only the two from our group were selected. I think it is not just about how good you are, they are very critical about work ethics and positive attitude.

2 versant rounds followed by interview. 1 was voice versant & other was non-voice versant. The rounds are eliminatory i.e.,If cleared in 1st then proceed to 2nd and then to interview. It took 1 day for whole process and you get to know result on same day or next day
