I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. Everything leading up to it was great, the recruiters were very nice and very responsive . However, the interview was supposed to last for only 30 minutes. She was 6-7 minutes late, but then showed up. Instead of cutting to the chase, she started the interview with a very long introduction. She then proceeded to ask 3 questions, which were okay questions, but she didn't go into too much depth. Then, obviously, we ran out of time and she had to go very quickly. I didn't get the job which I'm fine with (coincidentally I got hired by the big tech company she used to work for) but I did feel the interview process was unfair, as she was clearly in a hurry, didn't ask the right questions in such a short time frame. It's funny because I just read another glassdoor review and I think we interviewed with the same person.
