After submitting the application, I did the online analytical test which requires some basic excel skills and data analysis.
I then had an interview with the talent lead which was a short video call which you provide some background about yourself.
Next is an interview with the hiring manager (Senior manager of the team) which is a 45 minute video call. Here, you explain your background again and learn more about the opportunity and the role. They go through your resume in detail and ask questions about your experience.
I didn't pass this stage as they required someone with more experience. But next stage would have been a case interview then an interview with the team.

Mix of excel analysis of small dataset and presentation of findings. Just looking to test your overall data and insights attitude.
You get a CSV with a couple of rows and columns and analyze it.

Long interview process. First, HR conducted a basic interview; then, I was connected to a peer from an area the position has contact; later, the Line Manager of the position interviewed me with questions regarding how I would handle situation that I might encounter on the job position; finally, HR sent me a business case to hand in a presentation on how I'd solve it and finally, I had to present it to 3 senior leaders (including the line manager)
