five people interview with all department heads it was rather pleasant, stated off with three different recruiters meet with the executive creative director then to the five panel interview presentation where you present your reason why and showcase you work. recruiter never got back to me nor did i ever receive a letter that they will move with other candidates and they keep reposting the position looks like no one is making the cut.

They took the interview but it was not very structured, gave a problem statement on how to price cab services in demand constraint world
Uber's process typically spans 4-6 weeks, beginning with an application and often an online assessment. It progresses through recruiter and hiring manager screens, followed by multiple onsite/virtual rounds covering technical skills (coding, system design) and behavioral/cultural fit. A final debrief leads to a hiring decision.
It was weird. I received an email from HR team in Uber London to set a date and time. When the day came, the person that I was going to interview with did not call. After 15 minutes of waiting, she wrote me an email that she can not reach my phone -although there was no problem. Even though I emailed her few times about the problem, she was responding in 1 to 3 days or she was not responding my emails... at all.
Anyway, we set a new date. When the day came for the interview, interviewer literally did not ask anything while I asked her even more questions and it took 13 minutes! It was a total mess and a waste of time.
