Entretien
The process is all done online. You complete some forms with personal questions and information about your vehicle, insurance, and provide your SS# and DL# for background checks. Be prepared to upload pictures of your DL, insurance card, registration card for them to verify. You will upload a new picture of your insurance and registration each time you get a new one (they will remind you it is coming due).
You watch videos and answer a couple of questions to see if you understood what you saw, but there is no formal test.
The results of my background screening came back almost immediately, but it still took them about a week to process my info and approve me. Once approved, they send you a link to the driver's app. Once downloaded, you can drive.

There were no questions. There was no real interview, just a request to be a driver and completing the forms, providing info, and waiting for approval.
No interview needed and basically everything is online process. Own a 7 years or newer car and smart phone to navigate the ride. Full G is a must based on Ontario

There is no interview process. Uber lets you come on if you have a current car and registration. Easy process to go through. It takes about a day or two in order to go through.

Absolutely no interview required; only an application period where you must be approved based on background check, driving record, vehicle approval, and insurance verification. After the process, you are ready to hit the road. That was a big seller for me; the ability to begin making money very soon after applying.
