two interviews and one take-home case study.
The case study takes at least 30 hours to do but very informative on the job responsibilities. The interviews consider candidate's problem solving and programme management skills
One interview with the recruiter, another one with the Manager and finally a Panel presentation to members of the team. The presentation is a case that must be prepared at home
The interview process was very well-organized and professional. It started with an initial screening with a recruiter, followed by several structured rounds with members of the operations and regional teams. Questions were a mix of behavioral and case-based, mostly focused on marketplace dynamics, decision-making and operational rigor.
Each interviewer was clear, respectful, and well-prepared, and the whole process moved quickly without unnecessary delays. I especially appreciated how transparent and communicative the recruiter was throughout. It made the experience feel thoughtful and efficient.
