Basically they have an initial casual phone interview which basically asks me about the normal interview questions e.g. previous internship experiences or previous project experiences etc. Then, they would bring you in for a in-person interview that gives you real life problem e.g. how would you promote Uber Van in a given situation or if you are given this certain budget, how would you use it to maximize its promotion effect. Then, I am given a real-life task, assisting the preparation of an activity to evaluate me. All the staffs are very nice and helpful, guiding me through the process. They are welcoming and wonderful overall
