It was quite a laidback experience. I think they were more focused on whether you were a good culture fit than anything else. The standard questions regarding your background were definitely there still.
Was short but valued, Seems like Uber places a lot of emphasis on: ownership, adaptability, working in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
Need Focus areas: Stakeholder management, Process improvement, Problem solving, Handling escalations, Prioritization, Data-driven thinking
