Entretien
1. HR call: get to know about the candidate, culture fit and interview process info.
2. Hiring manager call: Much clear and explicit requirements and expectations from the hiring team.
3. Take home assignment: given a task to prepare within a week
4. Group presentation: present to selected team and hiring manager.
Received messages from several recruiters and met a hiring manager. He didn’t even look at the camera. Days or a week later they let me know I was not selected.

Entretien
Interview was brief and only held with the hiring manager. 25 minutes max. It was very formulaic (“tell me about a time…”) without getting any personal or connective empathetic questions.
