First step after CV screening is online data/analytic test, followed by a Skype interview with a recruiter followed by another Skype with an operations manager. Interviews to date were good, reasonably difficult but interesting and engaging conversations. However, following the 3rd interaction (ops mgr interview) for which I received positive feedback and an almost immediate "pass" to the next ground - I now haven't heard anything for 4 weeks which is very strange. I can only assume at this stage that it's not going to happen but some sort of communication would be expected... I've sent a few follow ups and still silence.
