The interview was a brief phone call, this was followed by correspondence via email and follow up calls to provide references. The recruiter was very friendly and easy going and gave insight towards the roles of a BA. Also talked about salary which is 15/hr. Asked if I had previously held such a role.

Conversational, a lot of asking me what questions I had versus interviewing me. Went over the uber pitch and practiced it. Talked about next steps during the first interview. Asked if I had any friends that might also be interested.
