Completely biased towards the the following beauty of a female.Selection decision made by the interviewer was on the basis on the beauty and not talent. Interviewer was interested in hiring a girl who has only beauty, skills sets, talent were not at all important.

The process of the interview was relatively quick (within a week), There was four stages of the interview but everything was done online (due to covid-19).
