I submitted my resume and approx 2 months later I was given a F2F interview where i got a CJO. The interview was held at a hotel near LAX. They did switch the hotel two days before I was suppose to go so be sure to check for any last minute changes.

Entretien
There was a short presentation with a room about fifty people. After a short presentation, there was a 1 and 1 interview. (My advice, do not show up to the interview wearing jeans. Show up as your best possible self.)

3.) Name a time where you were extremely stressed with a customer and had no solution. What did you do? And what was the result?
4.) Name a time where you were with a customer with a different culture. What did you do, how did you help them, and what was the result? (Paraphrasing this one)
