The interview process felt somewhat spontaneous, with the conversation flowing freely rather than following a strict script. While this approach might not suit everyone, I found it engaging and allowed for a more natural exchange of information. The questions were thoughtful and provided ample opportunity to discuss my qualifications and experiences in detail. Although there could have been more structure, the overall experience was positive and informative.

First you will be called by a recruiter asTelephone call, then first interview with the manager the position reports to, then case study and presentation. The last step would be an interview with the higher manager.

Please describe your experience in project management
There are four steps in the whole process. they are very efficient and give clear feedback. The most challenging part was to repare a presentation in very limited time and then present it in 45 minutes. Feedback will be given after the presentation.
