The interview process felt somewhat spontaneous, with the conversation flowing freely rather than following a strict script. While this approach might not suit everyone, I found it engaging and allowed for a more natural exchange of information. The questions were thoughtful and provided ample opportunity to discuss my qualifications and experiences in detail. Although there could have been more structure, the overall experience was positive and informative.

Can you share an example of a time you failed, and what you learned from it?
There are four steps in the whole process. they are very efficient and give clear feedback. The most challenging part was to repare a presentation in very limited time and then present it in 45 minutes. Feedback will be given after the presentation.
