Group activity 1: Given a picture of an object in the museum, had to find it and answer about 6 different questions about it. Then give a max 2 minute group presentation of the information to one of the staff members. We split the q's as a group for efficiency, which worked well. Group activity 2: Pick 2 V&A shop items on the table and give a max 2 min group presentation on their relevance to the object we focused on in activity 1, how we would sell them, upsell opportunities, etc. 1-1 interview: 1) Tell us about a time where you received good customer service. 2) Tell us about a time where you had to have a difficult conversation. 3) What would you do if you were staffing a gallery and no-one was there, how would you remain alert and interested? (not exact wording, essentially how would you remain preoccupied. I talked about my great imagination)
