i gave in my application in store & got a call back the very next day. Set an interview for the day after & and got a call back a week later for a second interview in which i was told i was hired pending my references. after the second interview it took almost a month for me to get a callback but eventually i did and i got the job!
The interview process was honestly pretty quick and straightforward. The manager there was ready to answer the questions I had about the company and the job position at the time.

The interview process was pretty standard. This was before the global pandemic. It seems that at the time they were hiring based on who they liked and not our qualifications.
