Phone interview first was told I would be scheduled for in person the following week. Did not hear from them for a month when they called me again because an internal fell through. Scheduled in person interview with HM. Was contacted twice the day of the interview to push back a half hour each—Twice! Went to interview still, regardless of my better judgement. The HM spent 30 minutes with me to tell me that I was not a good fit for an HR Manager position. I have over 15 years of HR management and experience Supporting multiple groups with changing priorities. Not impressed with them. Rude and appeared to either be intimidated by my skill or not really know what they were hiring for.
