One on one and in person with the store manager. She greeted me on the sales floor and took me back to the office where the interview was. She asked me a lot of customer focused questions. The interview was about 20 minutes.

Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
