J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Victoria's Secret (New York, NY) en mai 2013
Entretien
It seemed highly unprofessional, interviewer was late and asked many irrelevant questions that didn't relate to the job position. I applied by dropping in the resume because if applied online, this company never responds back. It took a few days, maybe even a week or two to receive a call back and the interview was held in a loud food court with the manager and assistant manager. Both were very sweet but many other interviewees stated that they offered them a position than never reached back out to them.

Question 1
What was your favorite piece of clothing from the PINK line?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
