I was a great experience interviewing with the hiring manager. She was very open and descriptive about the job requirements and skill-sets they are looking for. Overall it was a good experience.

Applied online, had three rounds with different finance professionals. Final round was with a Senior Director. Review the job description as accounting and finance roles were both under financial analyst.

4 step process. Starts with the Director then a back to back with the, hiring manager and a counterpart. Higher level/VP for final steps. Would have loved to take the move but relocation would have been tough with family obligations.

Fairly basic - talk to different levels of employee. Initial interview with recruiter to gage skills and interest. Next interview with 4 people - checking more interest and skill set. Next round with higher levels -- asked to provide accounting entries for recording a contract (without really seeing that contract to really know)
