Visa is very unprofessional with their hiring. I applied for finance role and received a 1:1 interview. I interviewed in October and the told me they would update me within a few weeks. After two months, I reached out and HR told me "just a few more weeks". It is now April and I've heard nothing. I feel like it's one thing to not reply to an application. It's another to take up my time and not bother responding.
Another experience I've had is that Visa hires candidates based on GPA with no regards to skillset. A peer of mine applied to a more technical role. She has programming experience and was extremely qualified. Didn't even get an interview. Instead they accepted another peer of mine who had a 3.9 GPA in my University's easiest major (not exaggerating). He has no programming experience or any technical skills.
It seems like HR is just incompetent. They hire people who take easy classes and bump up their GPA's instead of hiring qualified candidates. Also their lack of professionalism left a very bad taste in my mouth.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Nothing unexpected. The person I was talking to didn't know too much about the position so that made it quite challenging to ask thoughtful questions.
Too long and difficult. Panel interview style with 3 interviewers trying to screen at the same time. You have to be prepared for all types of questions as it is very versatile and on your toes.

Interviewers were friendly and nice to talk to. The process was efficient and to-the-point. Interviewers were very generous and candid in their sharing and made me felt welcome. There were two rounds, first with direct hiring manager and second with hiring manager’s one-up and another team’s manager.
