1st step was answering some questions in written form and questions were far away from responsibility’s and job description, made me confused about the role and job function. Phone interview was within 30 minutes with hiring manager but manager did not the hours for the position just said it was either day or night shift. The job post was updated a few times during the week and ended up looking slightly different. Phone conversation lacked energy and enthusiasm, hiring manager did not seem interested in hiring at all. I got a negative impression from the phone call and decided to not pursue the opportunity.

There was several levels of interview however due to the large volume of interviews the receuiters seem to lack interest nor have the energy to be friendly. It was abit disappointing.
