The interview was simple using the STAR format. They did however have different people join and leave the call which was a bit difficult to navigate. They do focus heavily on what you know about the brand.

Entretien
The face-to-face 'interview' was disappointing and vague. I was kept waiting for 15 minutes, no apology then the interview was a rushed conversation lasting 20 minutes. No notes were taken by the interviewer and there were no formal pre arranged questions. It felt hectic with a lack of in-depth questions about the role and my suitability - I didn't feel like I could be a respected member of the team!
