The most important thing they're looking for is the desire wether or not u have the will to prove & i was capable & looking forward to be something in the Company & as a part of the Family

It was alright. It weren’t that bad. They asked a few questions to do with the role. The questions were based on customer service such as why do you wanna work here and the role.

Overall, it was good; They asked some random questions based on my previous job and general questions. More on how to communicate and what you should do when dealing with wired people. It requires some basic skills in customer service and an understanding of the job.

What was your previous job relating to the position you applied for?
With good and friendly interview, it was student part time job so was nice to apply, also environment was very good, many people told me in real work there are much stress and customer is not friendly like people work there
