Begins with an online application - would recommend writing a cover letter. You'll be asked to complete some online puzzles to assess your problem solving, then do a virtual interview. Questions will come up on screen and you have one minute to prepare, then it begins filming you for an answer. Followed by an in-person assessment at their office in Leopardstown, Dublin. This takes 3 hours and involves: - a <30 minute individual interview - a Q&A panel with some graduate employees - a 1-hour group assessment. You'll be in a group of 5, in a room with 5 examiners (you won't know which one is examining which candidate). The team is given an assignment and asked to brainstorm, then present a pitch.
