The technical team lead called me to schedule and interview date, we had a business and hr interview, tell me about yourself your work experience, what do you know about ITIL process, why to work at Vodafone? your strength and weakness, a problem you faced and how you solved it. then he gave me a 5 topics to study and cover them, to present them in the technical interview. I passed the technical one, then I had an interview with the manager, from the first sight he didn't like me with no reason, he was tough all over the interview, he asked non-professional questions about my personal life and my personal details, and finally he decided am not a proper one for the vacancy because I am good at technical and have enthusiasm to work! all the interview h was looking for reasons to reject not reasons to accept.

Entretien
First Phase: Phone Interview
Process: Someone Called me from Vodafone named "Sherif" who was very friendly and helpful and i didnt know how he got my number but he said I applied before! but i don't remember! "Lucky me "
Second Phase: Technical Interview
Process: I have got invited in the phone interview in phase one to the technical interview
Third Phase: HR interview (situation based interview)*Search for it Guys!*
Process: after two weeks of the second phase I received a call for the HR interview.
Fourth Phase: Business Interview
Process: Still didn't receive any feedback yet I should receive withing 2 weeks, Pray for me ;)

Phone Interview:
1- Tell me about yourself
2- technical background in general
3- what do I know about the following:
HA ( High Availablity), DNS, Apache, Apache Tomcat, LDAP, Application Server, Web server, Linux
Technical Interview:
1- Tell me about yourself?
2- Asked about clustering, Load Balance, What is Tomcat and is it application server. fencing(which I didn't know and told him the only fence I know is سور )
3- Puts you in a situation to how would you react in pressure like *what if I am your manager and I asked you to make me a presentation then while I was presenting your presentation to a client I said something wrong then you corrected me. I therefore, yelled at you and he actually yelled at me! *
4- asked me what might make a conflict between me and him as a manager
HR Interview:
1- Same #One Question Tell me about yourself :D ?
2- Why technical if you come from a business background?
3- what is your biggest achievement?
4- why Vodafone and why Application Support?
5- what is your area of development other than technical?
Business Interview:

After passing the technical and HR interview the candidate will be asked to supply or their papers once they receive the offer containing the salary and the position.
The interview was not difficult as it was regarding the past job experience but the HR process may take longer time
