Had a phone interview with recruiter, then a long phone interview with manager, then a very short interview in person with manager and was made an offer. Process was a little slow but once we talked on the phone finally things went very quickly.

Phone call with HR...then information session in board room with DSM and other candidates. One on one interview with DSM...then ride along with a sales rep. Another interview with DSM and RSM. Then Hired

Basically they want to find out that you are worth investing in...you will stick around longer then 6 months. And you have an eagerness to follow through on business development.
